President
Ms. Freemans expertise offers several years
of experience in janitorial/custodial services
within the U.S. Navy. During those years she
accumulated supervisory experience, including the
directing of a Quality Assurance Program.
Accurate data entry and knowledge of complex
Military computer programs were essential in
maintaining the high degree of quality. During
this time, she was awarded the highly acclaimed
and honorary Junior Sailor of the Year. During her
appointment with the U.S. Navy, Dawn was promoted
to Secret clearance within the clerical area,
including the position being highly classified.
Following that classified position of over two
years of service, her appointment was terminated
due to a job related injury. Following physical
therapy and recovery, it was at that time that
she was in full charge of nearly 50 janitors/custodians.
Her responsibilities included not only the
management of personnel, but develop and adhere
to an approved budget. For this work she received
several commendations for the quality of services
performed.
Ms.
Freeman was deemed physically disabled by the U.S.
Navy and was Honorably Discharged. She presently
is finishing her degree in Business Management at
the Gulf Coast Community College, to further
enhance her skills in overall management.

Michael R. Freeman, Executive Vice President
Mr.Freemans expertise includes
twenty four years experience performing
Facilities Management, O&M and related
services in Federal and private sector buildings.
Education includes Mechanical Engineering from
the University of Kentucky, and business
management from Indiana University, along with
numerous courses and seminars in HVAC and control
systems.
His
relevant experience includes consulting NQEI,
located in Jacksonville, Florida. NQEI is a small
8a minority owned business. His responsibilities
are to advise and manage the Operations for
Preventive Maintenance, Janitorial Services, and
program administration. Additional experience
includes Freeman Mechanical Service Co., Inc (FMS).
FMS was the largest service firm in the State of
Indiana performing maintenance and repair on
various brands of chillers up to 4000 tons of
capacity. His company designed and/or built
chiller systems for manufacturing facilities
located throughout Indiana. Additional
experiences are the maintenance and repair of
centrifugal, absorption, screw, and reciprocating
chillers, maintenance and repair of high-pressure
steam boilers, cooling towers, pumps and air
handling equipment.

William F. Roberts, Secretary/Treasurer
Mr.Roberts expertise offers twenty
nine years experience in the construction area,
Having owned and managed a general contracting
company in both existing and new structures.
Education includes Bachelor of Science Degrees in
The School of Engineering from Purdue University,
with an additional degree in the School of
Architecture.
His
relevant experience includes fifteen years
performing Facilities Management, O&M and
related services in Federal buildings.
Additional
experience has been the overall management of
Government employees and their clients.
