About CFM building maintenance

We are a 30-year-old Indiana based woman owned small business with vast experience in office building equipment operations and maintenance. Since our inception in 1988, we have been exclusively a government contractor, specializing in building operations and maintenance offering preventive maintenance (PM) of equipment, repairs, and replacements, scheduled and unscheduled services/testing/repairs such as fire and life safety, electrical maintenance and testing, custodial services, waste management, and much more.
Now we have "broadened our horizons" and are reaching out to commercial building/factory owners, managers and representatives etc., to offer the same services we've offered the Federal Government over all the years in business. We believe we offer the best value to all our customers based on the experience and knowledge gained over the past 30 years.
